**Accounts Administration Billing Officer**

**Wilson Security** Head Office is seeking an experienced
**Administration/Billing Officer **to join their vibrant yet small team of 3.
***Located in Essendon Fields at Wilsons Head Office with onsite parking available.

**This is a fulltime role with work from home flexibility**
- Mon, Tues, Wed - work from home if desired
- Thursday and Friday - work onsite in office (not negotiable)

Very busy role where your Excel skills will be utilised daily.

The Security sector being a unique industry and it being in the National Revenue department you will be dealing with internal stakeholders and external subcontractors.

**The role**:

- Reports and reconciliations
- $65k - $70k + super salary
- Monday to Friday with flexible start time - 8.30am. 9.00am
- Reporting to the Senior Revenue Accountant and Financial Controller
- Ad hoc admin duties if required.
- Communicating daily with subcontractors & Internal stakeholders
- Investigation and resolution of client queries
- Reconciling and generating monthly accruals for un-invoiced revenue

Tertiary qualifications highly regarded but not required if supported by experience.

**NO security Licence is required.**
