**The Role**

Reporting to the Dealership Accountant, the successful applicant will assist with and require skills/experience across a range of tasks in the Accounts space. This position will see you utilise your excellent communication skills when liaising with internal and external stakeholders as well as the ability to work well within a small, fast paced team.

**Role**
- Deal Processing for New and Used Vehicles
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Archive and File Paperwork
- Various Ad Hoc Administrative Duties

**You**
- Excellent keyboard skills with strong attention to detail & accuracy.
- Autonomous & diligent with ability to take full ownership & accountability for your workload.
- A fast learner, conscientious with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines
- Excellent communications skills orally & written
- Self-motivated and task driven.
- Demonstrate a consistently pro-active approach and pleasant demeanour.
- Be punctual, reliable adaptable & flexible.
- **Previous Accounts Experience in a Dealership Environment is Highly Regarded**
