**ABOUT OUR CLIENT AND THE ROLE**
Our client is an exciting brand within the dental technology sector who utilise 'state of the art' technology to locally produce their product.
We are looking for a highly motivated Inbound Sales Specialist to work on different lead generation campaigns/sales channels to help grow and maintain my clients customer base. With both outbound and inbound campaigns to help patients and customers get connected across our multiple touchpoints, this is an exciting job with lots of opportunity.
**DUTIES**
- Meeting quarterly and annual sales and booking targets.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Bookings of prospects and customers into Scanning Centre locations.
- Maintain and expand database of prospects.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Update relevant information in CRM tool in a timely manner.
**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Previous experience in high volume outbound cold calling.
- Must have great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-discipline and the ability to set (and deliver on) ambitious goals is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Excellent phone manner.
- Courage and confidence to thrive in your role.
- Competitive drive and self-motivation.
- Amazing customer focus.
- A willingness to grow and learn new skills.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using CRM platforms.
