An understanding of the sales process is a plus, but it is not required. Training in all aspects of the position will be provided.

**Responsibilities**
- Taking inbound calls from customers and assisting with the sign-up process.
- Data entry of customer details into CMS systems, and record keeping.

**Qualifications**
- Enjoy working as part of a team and in a positive environment where we support each other to achieve.
- Experience in a sales and customer service-related environment
- Good organisation skills to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a calm and structured manner
- Experience in CRM and billing systems is ideal.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
