As the **Premium Customer Service Executive** reporting to the Premium Guest Manager, you will have responsibility of promoting The Star Entertainments Sydney phone calls to enhance member involvement and boost engagement.

This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your customer service skills to deliver a thrilling new era for Premium Services.

**A few of your responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to existing members to provide updates on their membership status and ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate details of ’what’s on’ including events and promotions
- Address member inquiries and resolve concerns
- Achieve and exceed monthly call targets
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of member interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system

**What are we looking for**:

- Current special employee casino license
- Proven experience in outbound communications or a similar role
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with guests and internal stakeholders
- Previous experience within a guest service-related field such as hotels or hospitality
- Polished five-star grooming and personal presentation and ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences
