Reporting to the **Premium Guest Manager,**the Premium Customer Service Executive has the responsibility of promoting The Star Entertainments Groups properties through phone calls to enhance member involvement and boost engagement This is a great opportunity to showcase your customer service skills and take the next step in your career at The Star.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for Premium Services.

**A few of your responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to existing members to provide updates on their membership status and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate details of ’what’s on’ including events and promotions.
- Address member inquiries and resolve concerns.
- Achieve and exceed monthly call targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of member interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.

**What are we looking for?**
- Current SELS casino license
- Proven experience in outbound communications or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous hotel, hospitality experience preferable.
