**About the role**
The Executive Assistant is newly created position that sits within the Office of the CFO. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer for DCS, you are responsible for providing a range of executive, secretarial and administrative support services across a range of complex issues to support the CFO’s achievement of organisational objectives.
**About you**
- The successful applicant is a well-respected professional with an understanding of DCS and NSW Public Sector policies, practices, and statutory requirements.
- You anticipate and address contentious issues and can determine those which require the attention of the Executive in a high-volume environment with competing priorities.
- You will also possess superior stakeholder management skills and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support the delivery of organisational objectives.
- Above all, you have a proven track record of getting things done.
- You have demonstrated experience in managing an Executive team.
