Healthcare Team Leader job located on the Northern Beaches

**Your new company**

A public/private healthcare provider located on the Northern Beaches is currently looking for an experienced people manager to join their team. This crucial role is located within a high-performing, professional and fast-paced environment that provides first-class service to patients.

**Your new role**

Responsibilities will include:

- 2IC to the Team manager
- Supporting leading a team in admissions, switchboard and concierge
- Staff resource management and day to day support and coaching
- Maintain and improve administration processes and procedures
- Ensuring high levels of compliance

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have previous experience in leading and managing people
- Ideally, have experience of the healthcare sector
- Be able to motivate people and create a culture of fun and inclusion
- Strong organisation skills have the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
