Due to our progressive expansion, we have opportunities for Supervisors to join the company and assist in leading the project teams to successfully deliver our upcoming projects._

**The Opportunity and role**

Your ability to influence stakeholders, be resourceful in problem solving and focus on a safe workplace culture will be a critical part of the project success.

Your ability to communicate with all levels of management and operation, proven by establishing strong workplace culture with particular focus on safe working habits, training and development of all employees including our indigenous workforce.

Be a results orientated self motivated leader, competent in building robust and supportive relationships across the sites and with our key stakeholders.

Roster options include 8/6 or 2/1 project dependent.

**Qualifications**
- Three (3) years’ experience in either the Rehabilitation, Mining or Civil Earthworks and Construction industry.
- Three (3) to Five (5) years’ experience in a supervisor role
- Section 44 or current equivalent essential.
- Cert IV in Frontline management advantageous.
- Solid working knowledge of the WHS legislation, standards and codes of practice.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of iContracting policies and procedures
- At a minimum, C Class Western Australian or interstate equivalent Drivers licence with no restrictions.
- Possess full Australian work rights.
