We are currently looking for Civil Supervisors with experience in bulk and detailed earthworks, drainage and road construction.

**PROVEN CAPABILITIES OVERSEEING THE EXECUTION OF**
- Bulk and detailed earthworks for resource clients.
- Culvert and drainage installation.
- Road Construction

**DUTIES OF THE ROLE**
- Manage labor, tooling, equipment, and materials for the duration of the works.
- Lead shift pre-start meetings and proactively drive safety values and core behaviors.
- Ensure work crews are adequately resourced to complete their jobs safely.
- Promote a positive culture by leading by example, coaching, and mentoring the workforce.
- Manage work packs, work orders and complete time and attendance daily.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate day to day works.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experienced mobile plant and equipment operator
- Experienced with the use of machine control systems
- Appointed Persons - Section 44.
- Working Rights within Australia.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Able to interpret and follow design models and engineering drawings.
- Able to maintain high safety and housekeeping standards.
- Commitment to safe work habits and our core values.
- Certificate IV in Frontline Management is advantageous.
