Core Talent is a proudly Australian-owned company providing engineering, construction, and project delivery resources across the structural, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.

We are seeking an experienced Earthworks Supervisor to join our clients team, working on a wide range of projects in the Pilbara. This is a full-time permanent role on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth, with meals, accommodation, vehicle and phone provided. A great opportunity for an established Supervisor or a Leading Hand ready to step up into a leadership role.

The Role
  • Lead and supervise on-site project teams to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality earthworks projects
  • Coordinate labour, plant, equipment, and materials across multiple scopes of work
  • Manage scheduling, reporting, and communication with stakeholders
  • Support project delivery in line with client standards and expectations
About You
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in civil and detailed earthworks
  • Background as a Supervisor, Foreman, Manager or Leading Hand looking to step up
  • Ability to manage multiple crews and project scopes simultaneously
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint and Excel for reporting
  • Familiarity with Rio Tinto project requirements (desirable)
  • Must be Rio Inducted
