**Overview of the Team and role**

The Education and Engagement Team is responsible for supporting the strategic direction of Comcare by delivering high-quality education and engagement activities for organisations within the Comcare Scheme. The team works collaboratively across business areas to maximise opportunities for the development and delivery of training and engagement activities. The team is comprised of the following areas: Education, Engagement and Design and Strategy and Governance.

Strategy & Governance are responsible for managing and maintaining a best practice Learning Management System supported by policies and procedures, and contemporary learning tools. With the aim to provide learners with high impact learning materials.

**Qualifications/Experience**

**Mandatory**
- Proven skills in using Learning Management Systems, e-learning design tools (such as Lectora, Acorn LMS, Vyond, cloud-based authoring tools) and technologies (such as HTML, XML, Flash, SCORM, xAPI).
- Proficiency developing eLearning materials with web-based publishing and authoring software.
- Experience with audio editing software (including Audacity and Adobe Audition).
- Experience with visual design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator) and the ability to storyboard.

**Desirable**
- Tertiary qualifications in learning or instructional design or a similar field.
- Demonstrated experience with Moodle based LMS platforms.

**Security Clearance**

Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance.
