Join a team delivering training, mentoring and coaching to the early learning sector across Victoria.
- 10-month contract, Full time, Flexibility with working location
- Design an innovative new program supporting newly qualified educators
- Collaborate with teachers & educational leaders to gather content & demonstrate good practice.

Operating for over 80 years, Gowrie Victoria is a not-for-profit organisation that provides long day care and kindergarten at six sites across Melbourne. We also have a growing consulting function and an RTO specialising in early learning qualifications.

**About the role**:

- Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders (e.g., Early learning leaders, project manager, marketing team, multi-media creators, learning team) to gather content that demonstrates good practice
- Establishing a learning brief for each topic with stakeholders
- Establishing learning outcomes, storyboarding content, building learning activities and incorporating feedback
- Setting up a suite of templates using Gowrie Victoria’s style guide
- Developing eLearning modules using an eLearning authoring tool (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
- Support with the establishment, design, and development of a new Learning Management System
- Designing micro-credential learning opportunities through a blended learning lens using the 70:20:10 model

**About you**:
We are a for-purpose early learning service who lives our values each day. Ideally, we’re looking for an instructional designer who:

- Has demonstrated experience in designing and developing instructional materials and eLearning modules
- Develops good relationships with all stakeholders and is a natural collaborator
- Has a sound understanding of blended learning approaches and how to design using the 70:20:10 model
- Has experience in developing eLearning with reputable authoring tools
- Has strong understanding of and experience with Learning Management Systems
- Has demonstrated ability at each phase of the learning cycle including analysis, development, design, implementation, and evaluation
- Has a Certificate IV TAE
