In this role as an Instructional Designer within our Digital Learning Enablement team, you’ll be responsible for developing innovative and targeted digital learning and development solutions for a variety of different audiences internally and externally, ensuring that all those that represent EnergyAustralia to our customers are providing quality advice.

You'll also
- Lead the digital transition, design and delivery of an Enterprise Learning approach by developing digital learning offerings, using such tools as Articulate Storyline, Rise or other options that will innovate learning
- Increase digital learning capability to meet changing business requirements
- Create a range of other learning materials, including animations, games as appropriate, slide decks, quick reference guides, screencasts, explainer animations using a variety of different software
- Take part in scoping meetings with stakeholders in the business, managing expectations & delivering on agreed timelines.
- Design and delivery of fit for purpose digital and self-paced training solutions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current digital training using best-practice adult learning principles through analysis of data and insights.

**What we’re looking for**

To be successful in this role, you’ll have strong experience designing training for a variety of different audiences, with a knowledge of modern principles of digital training design. You’ll have a natural ability to quickly understand a dynamic organisation, and tailor training accordingly. Also
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent is preferable
- Experience working in a customer-centric organisation would be highly desirable
- Proven experience in the knowledge and use of the latest learning technologies to build innovative, impactful and engaging digital solutions.
- Experience in the use of audio recording tools, creating audio and video briefs, editing video would be desirable
- Expert in the use of rapid authoring tools including animation. Likely to include, Articulate Storyline RISE,
- Expert in the use of graphics and media tools, understands the principles of good visual/graphic design. (Eg, Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator)
