**Operational Support Coordinator**:
**About the role**:
As our new Operational Support Coordinator, you will report directly to Operations Manager and responsible for supporting site operations team and work along with other supervisors and coordinators. This is a permanent full-time position from Monday to Friday.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring the operation is working in adherence with site safety policies, procedures and critical elements.
- Ensuring the fleet adjustments as required according to the plan
- Ensuring that the correct items are delivered to the customer in correct order
- Managing costs to ensure delivery is met in the most cost-effective manner
- Responsible for asset management and liaising with customers for delivery on time
- Managing labour health and safety, and reporting all hazards and incidents
- Conducting quality audits and reporting on daily or monthly basis

**About your experience**:
You will be highly skilled in building strong internal and external relationships, responding to frequent changes in priorities and a solution-oriented mindset.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Ability to handle and manage despatch of the right orders to the customers
- Solid understanding of safety management systems and building the safety culture
- Hands-on experience in JDE and Workflow are essential
- Team administration and coordination experience
- Possess good attitude and positive work ethics
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, mining or steel industry is desirable but not required
