Our client is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to manage and coordinate six Aged Care facilities and the teams to accomplish its care, safety, financial and operational objectives by providing a strong and highly experienced support structure.

Work with experienced and supportive operational and clinical management teams to maintain and develop an engaged and positive culture within the facility for all residents and employees to thrive in

**Facilities are situated in the South East Region: Noble Park, Mordialloc, Frankston North and Hallam**

**Reporting to the General Operations Manager, your duties will include**:

- Responsible for conducting the Leadership Team meetings for all clinical, operational and financial initiatives
- Seek and develop innovative and continual improvement plans
- Clinical Care Managers, Operational Managers and Facility Managers will all report to you
- Lead and develop the communication process across all departments within the facility

**Requirements/Skills**
- **Current AHPRA registration**:

- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 5 years experience working as a General Manager or Facility manager in Aged Care
- **Experience in a Roving Manager role is highly desired**:

- Registered Nursing qualification
