**_About the role:_**
Working alongside a dedicated, small team, your role will include the following:

- Completing all transport compliance activities related to NHVR, WAHVA, AgSafe, TruckSafe and HACCP;
- Processing records and extensive data entry for pre-starts, job cards and work diaries;
- Compiling new employee paperwork;
- Ensuring site licences, registrars, databases and accreditations are up to date;
- Updating internal policies and procedures in line with legislative changes;
- Training of new and existing staff on policies and procedures; and
- General administrative tasks including filing, scanning, data-entry and document editing.

Your role will be varied and provide opportunity to expand into surrounding areas including national standards, internal/ external compliance and audits and dangerous goods.
