An exciting opportunity awaits with Haynes for a Parts Administrator role supporting Hastings Deering in Toowoomba QLD.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process parts orders and ensure accurate data entry into inventory systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to manage stock levels and deliveries.
- Generate and maintain reports on parts usage, inventory levels, and order status.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support warehouse operations, including stocktakes and inventory audits.
- Uphold safety and compliance standards in all aspects of work.
**Job Details**:
- Monday to Friday roster
- 38 hours per week
- Casual ongoing position
- Weekly pays
- Current drivers' licence and reliable transport
- Previous experience in parts administration, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A commitment to workplace safety and a customer-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment or Caterpillar products (desirable).
- Able to pass pre-employment medical including Drug/Alcohol screen.
