Toowoomba, Australia Community Nurses Full time

**Position Summary**:
This dual role is responsible for delivering a combination of high-quality administrative support and direct care services to clients. The position plays a key role in ensuring both the smooth operation of the service and the wellbeing of clients, supporting them to live independently and achieve their personal goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administration Support**
- Maintain accurate client and staff records, including data entry and database management
- Prepare documentation and reports as required, including meeting minutes and compliance documents
- Schedule staff shifts, establish staff roster, client appointments, and transport as needed.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Assist with audits, reporting, and general office upkeep
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance registers for staff and clients, including certifications, licenses, training records, and other required documentation, ensuring all compliance obligations are met in a timely manner

**Support Worker Duties**
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Support clients with community access, appointments, and social or recreational activities
- Build positive relationships with clients and their families/carers
- Follow individual support plans and risk assessments
- Report changes in client condition, incidents, or concerns promptly to appropriate personnel
- Promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect for all clients

**Key Selection Criteria**:
**Essential**
- Demonstrated experience in administration or customer service
- Experience (or strong interest) in community services, disability, aged care, or related support work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and confident using digital systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (if role requires travel)
- Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Relevant clearances (e.g., NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check, Police Check)

**Desirable**
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Community Services, or Business Administration
- Experience working with vulnerable individuals or those with complex needs
- Knowledge of privacy, confidentiality, and safeguarding requirements

**Work Environment**:

- Mix of office-based work and community/client-facing duties
- May include occasional weekend or evening shifts depending on client needs
- Must be adaptable to changing schedules and priorities
