**Finance Program Business Lead, ERP Implementation Program**
- The finance Program Business Lead is an SME in finance Business Policies, processes and requirements. Responsibilities in ensuring the voice of the end user is present in the design and day to day management of ERP program. Being On top of all the details of the program or project as it relates to the Finance Unit. Be empowered to speak on behalf of the FU, bridging BAU, activities with user-impacted areas.

**Responsibilities for the role will include**:

- Represent the FU business areas in Program delivery and implementation including driving review and approval of ERP deliverables from FU senior stakeholders and facilitating problem solving and solution definition where required Preparation and evaluation of ERP Software and System Integrator tender documentation and processes as a key member of the Evaluation Committee (including preparing tenders, assisting with response to vendor queries, detailed review and analysis of vendor responses, and proposing recommendations for Program Management Group consideration and Program Steering Committee endorsement). Co-ordinate stakeholders in FU business areas and ensures the relevant SME input is provided to the program (including identifying key stakeholders and working proactively to gain their support and endorsement by establishing contacts, acting as an interface between the Program and the wider organisation, and providing a key contact point for relevant business unit(s) to engage with the Program team) Conduct presentations/workshops and attending stakeholder meetings Provide, identify and facilitate any required sign-off from BAU operational business owners Act as a Change Champion within FU and more broadly across Participate in Program Management Group meetings and cross functional senior leadership discussions to drive delivery outcomes for the ERP program

**Requirements for the role will include**:

- CA or CPA
- Oracle Transformation/ ERP Implementation skills
- Strong stakeholder leadership experience
- Oracle Knowledge
- Strong Decision making skills
- Preferably have government experience
