**Gotham Property has an opening for a property manager to come and join the rentals team.**

We are seeking an enthusiastic person with a positive attitude who is looking for a varied role full of learning, challenges and great experiences. Working with our property management team, your focus will be on customer service and attention to detail. Previous experience in property management is a requirement, along with your current Real Estate Agents Representative Certificate.

Our office is based on St Kilda Road, Melbourne, near Albert Park Lake and with secure parking available.

**The Role**:

- Managing a small, medium or full sized portfolio with growth
- Liaise with Rental Providers and Renters
- Managing lease renewals, leasing and routine inspections
- Managing arrears, rent increase and property maintenance

**To be considered for this role, the successful applicant must**:

- Minimum 12 months in leasing or property management experience
- Previous experience with Property Tree (preferred but not essential)
- Be exceptionally well presented and well spoken
- Have a strong work ethic with a “can do” attitude
- Be able to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
- High attention to detail for processes and procedures
- Have a current Agents Representative Certificate and driver's license

Gotham Property provides hands-on training to all employees, an open-door policy and the chance to join one of Melbourne's fastest growing property management agencies.

The position is full time and the successful applicant will be required to work 5 days per week (Monday - Friday). No Saturday is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
