**About the business**

This property developer has a proven track record in the residential market place. They are now seeking a Property Analyst to help them secure new sites, build and manage the project pipeline.

**About the role**
- Compile market research and data on development site acquisitions
- Prepare development assessments of prospective sites including the preparation of a feasibility analysis and make recommendations
- Manage the due diligence process, negotiations and procurement
- Build relationships with agents/owners that will assist in your research and the procurement of new site opportunities for the business
- Preparation of reports, presentations, proposals, tender submissions, contractor selection and appointment
- Project planning and management
- Prepare project budgets and obtaining finance

**Core skills and experience**
- Degree qualified in Property, Finance or similar
- Experience with Estate Master or proficiency in Excel
- Possess strong analytical and numerical skills coupled with sound commercial acumen
- Effective written and communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Solid attention to detail
- Self starter and driven

**What is on offer**

This is a blue chip opportunity one which will provide a pathway to a DM role. The developer has a strong appetite for acquisitions and its an environment where decisions can be made and opportunities assessed quickly with little red tap and hierarchy.

The existing team is close knit and work together to achieve positive outcomes. No day will be same in this role.
