- This is a virtual role so you can work from home. However, will be required to be available to work from our location in Maroochydore.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
The purpose of the Executive & Marketing Assistant role will be to provide support to the Director across all aspects of the business to ensure we continue to help as many people as possible live a thriving life. This is diverse and changing role, allowing you to add and grow the job description. Here are some examples:

- Managing the company’s social media profiles
- Content creation
- Creating marking campaigns
- Website and social media updates
- Delivery of key marketing projects
- Collect & analysis data on content performance
- Market research and data analysis
- Schedule and arrange important meeting
- Managing client experience
- Managing staff experience
- Create and coordinate client correspondence
- Create and coordinate referrer correspondence
- Provide administrative support and all things multitasking to our director

WHO YOU ARE:
You are loyal, professional, have a strong work ethic and are able to be discrete, given the complex nature of working in a psychology practice. You are able to anticipate and identify action/issues and take a proactive approach, while at the same time, being open to accepting feedback and able to identify where further growth is needed. You love being creative are self motivated, have excellent attention to detail and possess excellent time management skills. You thrive on a fast paced changing landscape and have the ability to multi-task and manage a changing workload. You have excellent planning and organisational skills and are results driven. And of course. Love to have fun

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

- Have previous experience completing similar duties.
- Posses strict attention to detail.
- Be innovative, self-motivated and creative.
- Have proven communication skills (written and verbal) and be able to tailor these to the relevant audience.
- Be able to create clear and engaging content in line with the company vision, mission values.
- Have a wide variety of experience (or the ability to learn) a large number of tech systems (ie. Asana, Canva, Final Cut Pro, Google Drive, all social media platforms etc).
- Experience / knowledge of mental health
- Experience and knowledge of Siteground
- A background in Mental Health experience
