We are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join our talented team at 80/20 Strategy. Studio. at our Sunshine Coast base in Maroochydore.

We are a diverse agency that proudly works with national and international brands across a broad range of industries maintaining a significant client portfolio in tourism, sport and entertainment.

This role is advertised as a contract position but we are open to conversations with the ideal candidate/s.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns that align with client goals and objectives
  • Creating engaging content across various digital and traditional platforms, including social media, websites, and print materials
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify target audience insights and trends
  • Collaborating with the creative team to produce visually appealing and branded assets
  • Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, making data-driven optimisations
  • Providing strategic marketing guidance and recommendations to clients
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing communications or marketing executive role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, content management systems, and analytics
  • Demonstrated experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, Facebook Ads Manager, and Canva
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Passion for creating compelling and effective marketing campaigns
  • Adaptable and proactive, with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of the marketing and communications industry, including emerging trends and best practices
