Greenhalgh Pickard is the largest integrated legal and accounting firm on the Sunshine Coast with offices situated across the Sunshine Coast in Buderim, Caloundra, Coolum and Kawana.

**About the role**

The firm is seeking a Marketing Assistant to work alongside the firms Marketing team, to promote growth, networking and team culture.

The role is based primarily in our Kawana office, but may require travel to other offices on occasion. The position includes aspects of digital and social media marketing, design, events planning and coordination, administrative tasks and building marketing campaigns with measurable goals.

**Responsibilities and Skills Required**
- **_No experience required_**,** **however an enthusiastic attitude is essential
- You will be assisting in the conception and coordination of marketing campaigns
- Events planning
- Literacy skills in copywriting for blog articles and promotional materials
- Standard software and IT skills
- Driving culture and a positive workplace environment
- Teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Organisation, multitasking ability and time management skills

**_ Preferred but not essential:_**
- Marketing or administrative experience
- Design skills and ability to use Canva, Adobe InDesign or Adobe Illustrator
- Tertiary or further study in a related area
- Experience in Digital Advertising including but not limited to Google Ads and Social Media Ads
