**What this opportunity involves**:
As a Integration and Change Manager, you will be responsible for development, management and integration of cross-workstream processes. You will work closely with all disciplines and streams of the account team to ensure that processed are aligned with operational business processes, account agreements and contractual obligation.
You will be required to be based in Melbourne with ability to attend the office in Melbourne CBD.
**Responsibilities include**:
Developing and maintaining smart and simple cross-workstream delivery processes which focus on operational performance and productivity
Identification and development of standardised portfolio document frameworks, including key templates to be clear, concise and consistent
Supporting the development and maintenance of integrated account service plans and operational ‘playbooks’ which define delivery methodologies, delivery processes and integration points between workstreams
Developing right-sized and efficient processes, frameworks and controls;
Coordination of integration improvement activities and management of operational improvement programs
Development of reports, tools and processes to effectively support KPI performance
Supporting the development of consistent and timely portfolio communication processes and documentation.

**Requirements**:
Tertiary education in Business, Commerce or related discipline with over 3 years’ of experience in Commercial Real Estate
Experience in integration, business and process analysis and/or change management would be highly regarded
Demonstrated analytical and reporting skills with a problem-solving mindset
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as autonomously, with a strong drive to own their portfolio as a business partner
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple deliverables with competing timelines
Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the ability to communicate to stakeholders of all levels
Intermediate proficiency in Excel
