**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute change management strategies to support the implementation and integration of SuccessFactors/HCM/HRIS systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess organisational readiness and identify potential barriers to change.
- Create and deliver communication plans, training programs, and resources to facilitate user adoption and minimize resistance.
- Partner with key stakeholders to establish governance structures, policies, and procedures for managing change effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, gathering feedback and making adjustments as needed.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users, addressing concerns and promoting the benefits of SuccessFactors/HCM/HRIS systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Change Manager or similar role, preferably with a focus on SuccessFactors, HRIS, or HCM implementations.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, execution, and risk management.
- Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
- Experience working in HRIS/HCM is manditory.
