**About the role**

Reporting to the Head of HRBP & Internal Communications, this exciting full time (12 month fixed term contract) role will lead the people programming and execution of strategic organisational projects to help enable the delivery of Sportbet’s business strategy. The Change Manager will act as the people stream lead for key strategic organisational projects and drive the change management strategy / methodology. The ability to proactively assess change and delivery risk, with the ability to engage with relevant stakeholders, will ensure success in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

- **Organisational Change Support / Leadership**: People stream lead for key strategic organisational projects, including the execution of the change management strategy / methodology.
- **Project Team Support**: Support project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Engage with relevant HRBPs, project teams and other key stakeholders organisation wide.
- **Risk Management**:Assess and articulate change and delivery risk that impact people stream project effectiveness with key stakeholders.

**About You**

We’re looking for a passionate Change Manager that understands the importance delivering against business strategy while navigating organisational risks and challenges. If you enjoy working in a fast and agile environment and values the expertise, efforts and ideas of others, we would love to speak with you
- Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Experience organisational change efforts and projects.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge with employment law / legislation (ER) and people change projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including both written and verbal.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Psychology or related discipline.
