We currently have an exciting opportunities for a skilled and experienced Change Manager to work with our team of passionate change professionals. **Change Manager Responsibilities**:

- Development & delivery of integrated change management strategies to deliver investment priorities in an aligned and integrated manner to the impacted business users
- Development and delivery of Transition to BaU plans ensuring change is effectively embedded, success metrics are defined and measured to maximize impacted stakeholder adoption and minimize resistance
- Adept at planning and executing progressive change delivery plans considering mindset and skill set changes required over time
- Able to size and shape complex projects / programs of work
- Experienced in reviewing quality of change delivery plans using the waterfall, agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Delivering transformational change in an environment impacted by varying levels of commitment to change, change fatigue and potential resistance to change
- Coaching and mentoring of project managers to elicit what change is required on a complex program of work
- Able to provide change management coaching and support to business leaders
- Superior communication and delivery skills enabling you to influence and establish credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Work assignment of other change professionals as required.

**Additional experience required to be successful**:

- The ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and across large complex environments, whilst prioritizing your work under pressure.
- Over 5 years of proven organisational change management experience gained in stream or program leadership roles on a range of medium - large scale transformational programs
- Experience in influencing senior stakeholders and managing complex stakeholder relationships
