Our current coordinator is leaving us to study full-time at university, so we are on the market for a replacement superstar.
As a **Talent Resourcer / Coordinator**, you’ll play a critical role in our Talent Acquisition team by:
- ** Employee Referral Program Management**: Leading the coordination and promotion of our Employee Referral Program to attract top talent through our network.
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**: Partnering with Talent Partners and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- ** Reporting and Process Improvement**: Supporting recruitment operations and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and reporting requirements..
**Qualifications**
We’re seeking a driven individual with:
- A proven passion for talent acquisition, resourcing, or recruitment coordination.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and tools (experience with SmartRecruiters is a plus).
- You’ve got a knack for juggling priorities (and maybe literal juggling, but that’s optional).
- Tech-savvy with a love for tools like SmartRecruiters (or excited to learn).
- You’re proactive, energetic, and thrive on making things happen.
