Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Clinician Recruitment Team as a Talent Engagement Business Partner. In this key role, you'll work closely with other Talent Engagement Business Partners to identify, attract, and engage dentists across Australia and internationally for opportunities within our network. You'll play a vital part in driving our growth through strategic sourcing, talent mapping, and relationship management.

Qualifications

About You:

  • Strong background in candidate resourcing, headhunting, and proactive talent sourcing.
  • Ideal for a recruiter who thrives on candidate attraction or a researcher looking to move in-house.
  • Experience with ATS systems (SmartRecruiters experience highly regarded).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Detail-oriented, data-driven, and confident managing compliance and recruitment processes.
  • Passionate about recruitment and building long-term talent pipelines.
