Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and community Disability support roles.
- Partner with service managers to understand staffing needs, workforce planning and job briefs .
- Advertise roles and actively source candidates through multiple platforms.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct and track compliance checks for all new starters
- Maintain recruitment records and support onboarding processes
About You
- Relevant Qaulification in Human Resources and/or previous recruitment/HR experience (disability, aged care, or community services highly regarded).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
- Understanding of compliance requirements within the NDIS/disability sector.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Passion for inclusive practices and supporting people with disability to live their best lives.
- Current NDISWSC, WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
