**Key Responsibilities in Talent Acquisition**
- **Collaborate with Hiring Managers**: Work closely with managers to understand recruitment needs and ensure alignment with organisational goals.

**About you**:

- **Bachelor's Degree**: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Proven Experience**: At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a dynamic fast paced environment, with a focus on hiring Sales Talent.
- **Proficiency in ATS**: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software is essential.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: A knack for building effective professional relationships.
- **Detail-Oriented**: High level of accuracy in managing information and processes.
