Talent Acquisition Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and community Disability support roles.
• Partner with service managers to understand staffing needs ,workforce planning and job briefs .
• Advertise roles and actively source candidates through multiple platforms.
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Conduct and track compliance checks for all new starters
• Maintain recruitment records and support onboarding processes

About You

• Relevant Qaulification in Human Resources and/or previous recruitment/HR experience (disability, aged care, or community services highly regarded).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
• Understanding of compliance requirements within the NDIS/disability sector.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Passion for inclusive practices and supporting people with disability to live their best lives.
• Current NDISWSC, WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
• Willingness to obtain Police Check (no older than 3 months)
