Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Clinician Recruitment Team. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with a passionate team to identify, attract, and engage dentists across Australia and internationally. You'll play a key role in driving our growth through strategic sourcing, talent mapping, and building lasting relationships with clinicians.

Qualifications

About You:

  • Strong background in candidate resourcing, headhunting, and proactive talent sourcing.
  • Ideal for a recruiter who thrives on candidate attraction or a researcher looking to move in-house.
  • Experience with ATS systems (SmartRecruiters experience highly regarded).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Detail-oriented, data-driven, and confident managing compliance and recruitment processes.
  • Passionate about recruitment and building long-term talent pipelines.
