**The Company.**

SC People is proud to partner with our client who are seeking a Receptionist to join their team. This is a valuable opportunity to learn with a reputable and supportive agency based in Warners Bay, stepping into your career in real estate.

**The Opportunity.**

You will support the office in the efficient and effective day to day coordination of all administrative support across the business whilst ensuring a positive and engaging experience for each client as the first point of contact in the office.

These tasks will include such things as:

- Greeting customers and clients
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

**About You.**
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service attitude
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Previous experience in a similar role will be seen as highly desirable
