As a Medical Receptionist, you won't just be answering phones and scheduling appointments - you'll be an essential part of the compassionate care that sets them apart.

**What You'll Do**

As a key member of our team, you'll be the friendly face that greets our patients, providing exceptional customer service that sets the tone for their visit. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Warmly welcoming patients, both in person and over the phone
- Efficiently scheduling appointments and managing the daily calendar
- Utilizing your expertise in **Best Practice software** to manage patient records and appointments
- Coordinating with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handling billing inquiries and assisting with administrative tasks
- Keeping the reception area tidy and organized for a comfortable patient experience.

**You will have**:

- Experience with Best Practice software preferable
- Min 2 years experience as a medical receptionist
- Exceptional communication skills and a warm, welcoming demeanour
- Strong organizational abilities to manage appointments, records, and administrative tasks efficiently
- A proactive and adaptable attitude to handle unexpected situations with ease
