We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to be the face of Cutcher & Neale. As the front of house and often first point of contact, our Receptionists are responsible for providing outstanding client service and providing quality administration support to our team.
This is a job share position with a set schedule of 16 hours per week, 8:15am-5:15pm on Thursdays & Fridays. Key responsibilities for this position are:
- Managing business phone calls for the Firm
- Meeting and greeting clients arriving in reception
- Overseeing the reception area and meeting room spaces
- Attending to internal and external enquires
- General administration duties including assisting the team and wider firm, ad hoc kitchen duties and the management of outgoing mail, invoices, internal catering, supply orders, etc.
**To be successful in this role you will need**:
- Experience working in a similar position within a corporate environment
- Excellent communication skills to manage a job share position and actively participate with the broader administration team
- Great with technology and able to pick up new software packages
- Ability to build rapport with staff, clients and external contacts
- Excellent self-presentation and telephone manner
