**About the Role**

As the National Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the company's operational strategy and driving the execution of our mission. Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating closely with senior and middle managers to ensure processes, training and project delivery adhere to strategic objectives, resulting in commercially sound operational outcomes.
- Use data to inform decision-making processes related to productivity, revenue generation, and performance assessments that will seek to continuously improve company performance.
- Defining, measuring, and tracking outputs and deliverables, ensuring they are aligned with the company's vision, goals and values.
- Spearheading the development, continuous improvement, and implementation of safe and efficient systems of work and procedures.
- Leading process optimization and change management initiatives to enhance overall productivity and operational effectiveness.
- Working closely with key stakeholders to evaluate physical assets, identifying opportunities for maintenance, repair, and upgrades to achieve optimal results.
- Setting and maintaining optimal staffing levels across various departments to support seamless operations.
- Initiating, cultivating, and nurturing strong external relationships with clients, regulatory authorities, suppliers, and contractors to leverage business opportunities and drive growth.

**About you**

As a key member of the leadership team, you will be a strategically focused leader and problem solver, ideally having previous experience within the energy and/or biogas sector. You will have a blend of operational and technical experience, commercial nous, sound stakeholder engagement skills and a solid understanding of risk. These capabilities effectively inform your end-to-end focus from planning through to delivery. You will have the ability to budget, forecast and oversee cost control and can lead, prioritize, and delegate with respect to managing workload and a team. You must be also able to demonstrate your experience in strategically meeting business objectives, handling ambiguity and managing varying priorities. To be considered for this role, you will have a solid educational background in business and/or management, typically with graduate degrees in the field, as well as a relevant technical qualification (i.e. engineering, environmental science, etc). Ability to travel to project site both inter and intra state will also be required
