**About the Team**

This role will form part of our growing IT team consisting of Helpdesk Administrators, Systems Administrators, Project Managers and our SAP team. The greater IT team of approx. 20 and are based at our Redbank facility as well as in our Melbourne office. Our IT team supports RDA employees both nationally and in New Zealand.

**About the Role**

You will be responsible for governance, maintenance and administration of the Atlassian suite of products, as well as tool support and configuration. Be accountable for the design, customisation and delivery of solutions in Jira, Confluence and Jira Advanced Roadmaps to enable the organisation to efficiently track and complete day-to-day activities in a geographically dispersed multi-team environment.

Design and develop Jira dashboards, create custom workflows and fields, and create customised reports in Confluence to improve the current Portfolio, Program and Project experience.
- The general and generic duties of the JIRA Admin are:

- Provide recommendations for enhancements, refinements and automations that can help us realise the best from Jira and Confluence
- Manage the day to day operation of Jira and Confluence for Production and UAT environments
- Manage and maintain user accounts and licensing for core software and add-ons
- Managing access to Jira and Confluence, performing scheduled audits and reporting on user activity in line with cyber security requirements.
- Creating and maintenance of Projects and Spaces in Jira and Confluence
- Creation and maintenance of workflows, dashboards and scripts
- Investigate, mitigate and patch vulnerabilities in the Atlassian tools
- Perform Jira and Confluence upgrades with the assistance of the IT team
- Maintain Jira permissions and troubleshoot access / performance issues
- Improve Jira security, set access permissions for Jira projects and confluence spaces
- Provide User Management and grant user permissions in accordance with role.
