About Us

The Property Platform is a growing multi-brand real estate business with national reach. We've built our core CRM and client engagement platform on Salesforce Experience Cloud, enabling agents, partners, and customers to seamlessly manage properties, listings, contracts, inspections, marketing campaigns, and more.

Our Salesforce environment is advanced: multi-brand, strict record-level security, custom sharing logic, and integrations with external property portals and marketing platforms. We're now expanding our Salesforce team to support our ongoing growth.

What You'll Do
  • Configure and maintain declarative Salesforce solutions (objects, fields, layouts, flows, validation rules, email templates, notifications)
  • Manage roles, profiles, permission sets and declarative sharing rules
  • Build reports and dashboards for agents, sales, and leadership
  • Provide first-level support, training, and troubleshooting for users
  • Contribute to releases and deployments
What We're Looking For
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification (required; other certs a plus)
  • 3+ years' Salesforce administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of security/sharing and record-level visibility
  • Hands-on experience with Flows and declarative automation
  • Data management and reporting skills

Bonus points if you have:

  • Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud, partner & customer community portals
  • Real estate industry knowledge or experience
  • Exposure to Jira, Confluence or equivalent
