Job description

FinXL is seeking a Junior Project Administrator to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Banking client on a key transformation engagement.

FinXL Professional Services is a leading IT consultancy that partners with clients to bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities. Since 2003, we've been delivering high-value ICT services across government, finance, telecommunications, and enterprise sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Input and monitor project financial data
  • Track invoicing, time sheets, and other project-related costs
  • Support Project Finance Lead in day-to-day work
  • Work in a fast-paced and dynamic project environment

Key Skills & Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience working as a Project Admin, Project Officer or similar role
  • Experience in project financial management
  • Experience of financial reporting and analysis
  • High level of attention to detail and keen interest in learning
  • Hands-on experience in SharePoint, Confluence, Jira and MS Office tools
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with project managers

About the Role

  • 12 months contract role
  • Deployed with banking client in Brisbane City (hybrid work)
