Salesforce Administrator
to take ownership of their CRM environment — driving smarter workflows, better insights, and seamless collaboration across their project teams.

What You'll Do

  • Administer and enhance Salesforce
    (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom apps) to meet operational needs.
  • Design dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for project and management teams.
  • Lead Salesforce implementations and upgrades — from design to deployment and training.
  • Manage
    user profiles, data integrity, and system security
    , ensuring compliance and reliability.
  • Assist with the integration of Salesforce with
    engineering tools, ERP systems, and project management software
    .
  • Troubleshoot and streamline processes, improving efficiency across complex workflows.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices to keep our CRM ecosystem future-ready.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience as a
    Salesforce Administrator
    within the
    engineering, construction, or mining industries
    .
  • Advanced reporting and analytics capabilities, supporting data-driven decisions.
  • Strong track record managing Salesforce implementations or major enhancements.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce, and integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical detail into business value.
  • Brisbane-based, with the ability to work onsite as needed (hybrid flexibility available).

Desirable Skills & Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced Administrator preferred).
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and continuous improvement focus.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Microsoft Project.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with AutoCAD, BIM, or other engineering systems.
