Salesforce Administrator
to take ownership of their CRM environment — driving smarter workflows, better insights, and seamless collaboration across their project teams.

What You'll Do
- Administer and enhance Salesforce
(Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom apps) to meet operational needs. - Design dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for project and management teams.
- Lead Salesforce implementations and upgrades — from design to deployment and training.
- Manage
user profiles, data integrity, and system security
, ensuring compliance and reliability. - Assist with the integration of Salesforce with
engineering tools, ERP systems, and project management software
. - Troubleshoot and streamline processes, improving efficiency across complex workflows.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices to keep our CRM ecosystem future-ready.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience as a
Salesforce Administrator
within the
engineering, construction, or mining industries
. - Advanced reporting and analytics capabilities, supporting data-driven decisions.
- Strong track record managing Salesforce implementations or major enhancements.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce, and integrations.
- Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical detail into business value.
- Brisbane-based, with the ability to work onsite as needed (hybrid flexibility available).
Desirable Skills & Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced Administrator preferred).
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and continuous improvement focus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Microsoft Project.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with AutoCAD, BIM, or other engineering systems.
