**Job description**:
FinXL is seeking a **Junior Project Administrator** to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Banking client on a key transformation engagement.

FinXL Professional Services is a leading IT consultancy that partners with clients to bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities. Since 2003, we've been delivering high-value ICT services across government, finance, telecommunications, and enterprise sectors.

** Responsibilities**
- Input and monitor project financial data
- Track invoicing, time sheets, and other project-related costs
- Support Project Finance Lead in day-to-day work
- Work in a fast-paced and dynamic project environment

** Key Skills & Experience**
- 2-4 years of experience working as a Project Admin, Project Officer or similar role
- Experience in project financial management
- Experience of financial reporting and analysis
- High level of attention to detail and keen interest in learning
- Hands-on experience in SharePoint, Confluence, Jira and MS Office tools
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with project managers

** About the Role**
- 12 months contract role
- Deployed with banking client in Brisbane City (hybrid work)
