**The Role**:
- Overseeing Administrative Operations ensuring smooth functioning of administrative tasks within the organisation, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Ensure that the office environment is well-maintained and equipped, handling maintenance, supplies ordering, and vendor management.
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding new employees, and managing employee records.
- Assisting with budget management, tracking expenses, and liaising with finance departments to ensure that expenditures are in line with company policies.
- Implementing Policies and Procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a productive and harmonious work environment.
**Your Profile**:
- Previous experience in office management.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to drive change and implement process improvements.
- Commitment to personal and professional growth, with a desire to contribute to the success of the organisation.
