BaptistCare is looking for a Sales Consultant for a full time 6 month maximum term position. What You'll Do:

• Conduct engaging tours and appointments (in-person, virtual, floorplans, images) to showcase our retirement living accommodation and amenities
• Collaborate with the Sales Hub to convert leads into happy residents.
• Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with prospective residents and their families
• Regular travel between sites in Sydney
• Ensure timely, caring responses to customer questions and concerns
• Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality in our CRM system

About You:

• Strong relationship-building skills and a warm, professional approach.
• Able to nurture customer relationships
• Experience in needs-based sales ideally in Retirement Living, Aged Care, or property.
• Resilient and adaptable—comfortable with change, ambiguity, and flexing into new systems and situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a caring, professional approach
• Strong computer skills (CRM/database/reporting experience preferred)
• Current Driver's License and reliable vehicle
• Exposure to the Retirement Living Act and Regulations is a plus.
• A genuine appreciation for BaptistCare's Christian identity and values
