**What is the opportunity?**

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Brand Manager to join the team on a 12month basis.

As the 'brand guardian', this role is responsible for maintaining brand integrity across all retail and parts marketing initiatives and communications. The overarching goals for this role are:
1. Increase purchase intent from consumers/existing owners currently thinking about purchasing a Subaru by developing campaigns and marketing activity that creates desire for immediate action. This will be achieved by developing distinctive creative assets, reaching and converting existing target audiences and challenging the status quo by placing innovation at the heart of what we do.

2. Increase parts sales by influencing key repair, service and collision business owners to consider and purchase genuine Subaru parts. This will be achieved by developing trade campaigns as well as incentives.

3. Increase parts and accessory sales from new and existing customers by promoting the benefits of genuine Subaru parts and our nationwide certified dealer network. This role leads the efforts in developing and executing retail campaigns as well as parts campaigns and initiatives across Owned, Paid, Earned and Shared Media Channels

**Further to the above the duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following**:

- Planning and execution of national retail campaigns across the full customer omni-channel journey
- Lead the Vehicle Sales Team in developing and executing regional retail campaigns complementing national retail activity
- In conjunction with the Subaru Business Managers, support the dealer network in activating their local PMA
- Analysis of customer journey activity for retail and report on effectiveness and optimization opportunities
- Lead the Parts Sales Team in developing and executing B2B parts category campaigns covering Subaru to wholesale dealer, and wholesale dealer to trade.
- Lead the collaboration across media and insights and digital and customer experience
- Competitor and customer insights analysis
- Manage the budget for advertising and promotional items
- Seasoned Marketing Experience
- Experience and expertise managing large brands and product portfolios
- Project management skills
- Ability to plan and execute campaigns
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or relevant tertiary qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership skills
