Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Production And Sales Estimator located in Banjara Hills. The Senior Production And Sales Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for residential projects, evaluating project requirements, and assessing risks. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with sales and production teams, preparing and maintaining cost data, and providing insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Experience with cost estimation, quantity surveying, and project evaluation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in project management and construction software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Relevant experience in the construction or homebuilding industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
