**This opportunity**

This role is responsible for providing the day to day administrative support to the Finance team. This includes activities such as travel arrangements, diary management, expenses, reporting and internal communication. It reports into an Executive Assistant. This is a part-time permanent position working three days a week.

**Responsibilities**
- General administration duties to support the Executive Assistant and the wider team.
- Organise travel arrangements for the department.
- Proactively improve processes to maximise administrative efficiencies.
- Completing and processing expense claims and invoices via Chrome River portal.
- Communicate with key stakeholders within TPG Telecom Limited and externally on behalf of your manager and the team.
- Diary Management.
- Sending of Month End Meeting invites.
- Raise tickets on behalf of Finance staff for IT requests in SSP (most staff will do their own SSP requests).
- Ad hoc requests to raise a Purchase Order.
- Arrange catering if/when required.

**Knowledge and experience**
- Experience in a previous administration role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
