The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant to join us on a permanent basis, providing administrative support our Development Team, based in Sydney working across both our Victoria Cross and One Circular Quay projects. As the Team Assistant your responsibilities may include:

- Coordination and preparation of correspondence, meeting minutes/agendas and presentations
- Leasing suite and site walk coordination
- Assisting to collate the monthly and quarterly reports and management committee meetings
- Development and maintenance of internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Book and manage domestic and international travel processing of invoices and expenses
- Maintenance of existing file systems
- General ad hoc tasks as required (purchasing stationery and supplies, photocopying, printing, scanning and binding)
- Coordination of conferences, events and culture initiatives and activities (lunch and learn, social events, townhall, team showcase, etc)

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role. You will have a proactive approach to your work and stakeholder engagement. In addition to this, you will also have:

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience and solid understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to pick up new systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships
- Experience in the construction industry or within Government is desirable
